Our Cancellation Policy Is As Follows:

 Our cancellation policy is as follows: As a courtesy to our clients and estheticians, we require the following notice for any date change or cancellation,* 24-hour notice for appointments scheduled Wednesday through Saturday * 72-hour notice for appointments scheduled with 3 or more services. If you need to cancel and have to contact the spa outside of operating hours, please feel free to call us and leave a message at (631) 218-5888.

All appointments require a credit card in advance. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged without sufficient notice as stated above. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% for all services and packages. As a courtesy, Polished will make every effort to contact clients the 24 to 48 hours before their appointment to confirm. Again, this is a courtesy and remembering your appointment is your responsibility.
