 Our cancellation policy is as follows: As a courtesy to our clients and estheticians, we require the following notice for any date change or cancellation,* 24-hour notice for appointments scheduled Wednesday through Saturday * . If you need to cancel and have to contact the spa outside of operating hours, please feel free to call us and leave a message at (631) 218-5888.

All appointments require a credit card in advance. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged without sufficient notice as stated above. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% for all services and packages. As a courtesy, Polished will make every effort to contact clients the 24 to 48 hours before their appointment to confirm. Again, this is a courtesy and remembering your appointment is your responsibility.

Product Returns: For the safety of all our clients and to maintain the highest sanitation standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have left the spa. Thank you for your understanding.
